Shopping Online.

Union Hall Smoked Fish Has been delivering our products all over the world for the last 30 years.  All our products are vacuum packed and packed with Chilled Boxes to ensure maximum freshness. Once order is received through our Online Shop, we will do our best to ship the order in a few days. Couriers do not work weekends so always best to ship orders at the start of the week. If you have a specific delivery date, please let us know. 

Shipping and Delivering Costs

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order so make sure you have all the details correct including your phone number as if the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agreed a time for to reattempt delivery.

Irish Orders

For all deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland we use the courier company "(UPS) ". Please allow a 2-3 working days for orders to ship. Once shipped all Irish deliveries will be received within 1-2 days working days. Couriers do not work the weekends so placing an orders at the weekend will not ship until the following week. 

UK Orders

Because of customs and delays in the UK, All orders into the UK will have to be sent "UPS Express AIR". Packages on road network are unfortunately taking too long in transit, we are hoping this is only a temporary measure. Please allow a 2-3 working days for orders to ship. Once shipped all UK deliveries will be received within 2-3 days working days. Couriers do not work the weekends so placing an orders at the weekend will not ship until the following week.  

European Orders

Currently we are using the "UPS AIR Network" because of brexit, Rates can be seen in checkout Page, We are hoping this is only a temporay measure. Please allow a 2-3 working days for orders to ship. Once shipped all European deliveries will be received within 2-3 days working days. Couriers do not work the weekends so placing an orders at the weekend will not ship until the following week.  

Faulty Products in Transit

We thoroughly check and secure all our products before shipping but In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred.
