Our Products

Union Hall Smoked Fish specialise in numerous fish products such as Smoked Salmon, Smoked Barbecued Salmon, Smoked Mackerel, Smoked Kippers, Smoked Tuna, Smoked Salmon and Mackeral Pate.

The Salmon and Mackerel are filleted by our experienced fish mongers, brined and then slowly oak smoked in a centuries old traditional manner.

Union Hall Smoked Fish also specialise in Smoked Salmon and Mackerel Pate. The delicately flavoured smoked fish recipe created by missus Nolan many years ago is a combination of mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice and seasoning to make a luxurious and delicious topping for hors d’oeuvres and canapés or simply a plain cream cracker
